T-SUN does not collect fees for any costs other than the products we sell and shipping. in some unique cases, it is possible your local post office may request additional fees for customs, taxes or VATs. If you have any questions regarding such fees, please contact your local post office.

HEALTH SAFETY

SHIPPING DELAYS
Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
Usually it takes about 30-90 days to some countries ,We do offer compensation if the shipping beyond the timeframe as stated on shipping policy
